Red. I admire your never ending optimism. But to be very honest, it confuses me more than it has ever made sense. The only thing I can possibly think of is that you play the game in a totally different way than the majority of forum goers. Perhaps you are in a smaller alliance, that does not really compete much in war, or value progression? There is nothing wrong with that, to each his own, but there has to be something dramatically different given the paradigm you always seem to have.
There are some very neat things in the way they put in this library. However, even for a person that sets a personal goal of completing just 20% of the research, it would take 2 years, and mean that they do NOT use 4-8 workers on building during that 2 years, which slows non-university progression 2-3x as well. I like hard challenges and have never advocated a faster armory progression, because I felt they got that pace pretty well right. But the way the uni is set up, is absolutely absurd with time and worker requirements
