This could be included as a function or simple one time build option. Similary like house. Could store up to like 50 000 food and 3000 oil. Then every player could store there resources for the ww base units to produce. Top players could actually go to certain players ww base donation meniu and convert theese resources to any unit they can train. If there is not enough res, then donation would be made as usual now. This way everyone on the ally who participates in a ww could contribute to world war donations. Also this storage could be added to the alliance gate building and used only for ww purposes. Theese resources could not be recovered.
