World War Battle Stars Bug

This has happened to me and a member of my alliance. During different World War battles we flatten (5 star) the opponent but the system only records a 3 star battle award/ record.

Has this happened to others? Is this a known bug?

This is the game server connection issue. You lost connection before you got 4th star. The game kept playing locally on your device.

To second this, its the connection issue that Nexon is stating was already fixed. Be sure to log a support request so they know its not!

Several of my alliance mates also experience the same problem, they even took screenshots of the results which differ from stars earned in the war report. Could some admin look into this problem? Thanks

I understand that issues arise and that's expected but what really bothers me is the lack of communication from Nexon. If there's an issue, acknowledge it, take ownership of it, and keep your customers updated. If those things we're taking place, I think the vast majority of us would be understanding and willing to be patient. But the lack of communication leaves us all wondering, "do they know about it?", "if so, are they working on it?", "is it going to be fixed in a day or a month?" It's completely unfair to expect people to spend their time and money on a product from a company that sets absolutely zero expectations for their clientele. Absurd.

Could not have said it better. Every game has issues, but when the customer base is left completely in the dark it exacerbates every problem. Cmon nexon, just tell us anything, its been well over a week.

On a positive note, the issue seemed to have resolved itself yesterday on our end. We didn't seem to have any further problems in the evening.
