War seach is completely broken now after update

This isn't only a question of finding balanced or fair matches. Our leaders tried a coordinated search with another alliance with similar weights and we still didn't get a match.

And here 40 hours.
We've tried to set up a match with even teams..We've started the search at the same time and what do you think.
No hit at all!

It might also be the case that the pool of war alliances is simply very small. The number of actively warring alliances is much, much smaller than Nexon wants for us to know about.

Did The 1st Dynasty have any further luck today getting a match?

I spoke with Customer Service today as well, and they noted that the number of Alliances unable to match had returned to normal.
The dev team suggested letting a single matchmaking attempt run for a little bit longer, as it may help collect a match.

TinSoldier We are having the same issue finding a match for war since the fix on war ranks...it's been 26 hours for us here at Storm Elite and we have tried everything to find a match without results. Something is wrong.

no war for 48 hours... searched 20/25/30/35 each for at least 10 hours.

Same for us, we tried 20 to 35, nothing after 72 hours. It's really frustrating.

We had a match started loading the warbases came back a couple of hours and the match was gone and all of the troops were gone with it. Please let us know when the glitch is fixed so we can continue searching for a war.

Well what's worse than this now too is that we got matched but our war disappeared. It's been happening to lots of teams. But in most cases it only happens to one team so the other side is probably crushing us right now and we are going to lose 546 glory when we weren't even able to attack. Wars are completely broke this is defcon 1 Nexon

We still have no match, TinSoldier. Leaders are letting searches run a long time, too. CS said to restart so they tried that too.

i fully agree, this is unacceptable.
Beware though, Wendy may well flag you as talking only for your own interest for reporting this 'minor' issue

The opponent we played had zero attacks and I have a feeling this happened to them. I paid attention to their glory and they did lose it as if they had actually played

TinSoldier We are now approaching 48 hours searching for war at Storm Elite. Is this the new normal for top teams? Because if so I think you're taking the best part of the game away from your most skilled/experienced players which is not a good look.
