War seach is completely broken now after update

Several alliances that have matched before can't match at all some seaches for as few as 10 and as many as 40 have not found matches in almost 12 hours , please comment below if you are experiencing this issue

TinSoldier Is this "reset" the fix for finding a match? As far as I know there are many heavy teams searching right now and none can match each other. Getting pretty ridiculous been 2 days now for us.

It has now been over four days of searching for The 1st Dynasty.

CS auto replied that they are sending the cavalry. Maybe they should upgrade to tanks?

Did The 1st Dynasty have any further luck today getting a match?

I spoke with Customer Service today as well, and they noted that the number of Alliances unable to match had returned to normal.
The dev team suggested letting a single matchmaking attempt run for a little bit longer, as it may help collect a match.

If normal is that none of the top teams are matched then well done.
This is lame and stupid. If there is one Alliance unable to match trying out multiple squad size combinations, then there is a problem.
IT IS NOT NORMAL, as you are suggesting. This is how you SHALL NOT DO Customer Support.
Btw, our search is on for 5 days - previously we got a match in 1-2 hours max. We are searching 20/25/30/35.
Yeah, call it no luck for Storm Elite. We have a different name for it....

Checked with some friends, it is funny enough that, friends from top 100 alliances are reported that unable to match
but friend from lower ranking alliance found the matching is fine
Could we conclude that there matching algorithm have something related to ranking?

I have to add that some folks from top 100 using BIG HUGE amount of sandbags at able to find a match; but not everyone... what a mess

So what is the stance of the game designers on this? Are we too heavy to find a match? I wonder what matches KA, KSoul and other full AA Alliances are having?

At Dutch Warlords we have tried every single thing.. Added all our possible bags, tried 15/20/25/30. No match for like a week now.
We now are now trying to match by creating a new alliance just for trial and error.

But also with this newly formed alliance not a single match up untill now. So it must be level related. And for sure has something to do with the rebalance of ww ranking on atomic bases.
We are now searching with 9 atomic / 6 bags, so if anyone wants to try and match us

I know krieg, but we stopped the searsch in DW waiting for a fix. Above didn't match us to another clan also. so it must be the high level atomics bugging this search.

Your experience of trying to create a new alliance and failing to get a match indicates that the problem is not with the teams, but with the players. May the most developed players are "poisoned" and unable to join wars?

Must be something like that. But I really don't get why nexon doesnt prioritize this. Looks like all heavy weighted top 100 alliances experience this horrible bug. It has nothing to do with the search pool. Because then we wouldnt have a problem matcheing each other. Would be a shame that nexon just keeps ignoring. Even more because there are some heavy crown useres amongst these top players.
