2n Airstrip construction issue

Just started to build the 2nd Airstrip and after a battle using my planes i cant re-train the planes, i loose the video re train mode so i loose all troops. Is bug or is normal?

yes, known bug. Same for factory. When you have both in upgrade, you loose the video retrain option if you do not use it immediately after a fight.
