3.7: Android Install Issue

Hello Leaders!

We are investigating an issue with the 3.7 Android install. While we are working to get this resolved, here is a suggestion from the community that may help if you have an SD card:
  • Unmount the SD card
  • Perform the upgrade
  • Remount the SD card

My game wont even load now. I d/l the latest update, the game ran ok, logged off, rebooted the next day and all I get is a blank screen. Every other app is working fine, even the high usage ones. Plse fix this!

I used to have the same problem. I can't update to the latest version via Google Play Store. To solve it, open the "Settings" menu, then go to "Apps", and select the "Dominatons" application. From there, tap on the "Move to device storage".

If successful, go to Google Play Store, and do the update again. After the update, you can choose to move the apps back to SD card. To do that just follow the exact same steps on the first paragraph, only this time, tap on "Move to SD card".

A solution I found is it install apk from from anywhere but Google play.. Seems Google play services isn't playing nice with dominations

its not just d/ling it, I wish I never did, now the game wont even load !!.. and the totally retarded CS guy keeps asking me to send a screenshot! I mean ffs srsly.. its a BLANK SCREEN.. whats there to send. Tbh from all the money Ive spent over the months on this ****ing game I honestly looking at sueing here, that may sound dumb, but Im not getting any help here and Im sure there would be a legal consumer type protection thing here where they have taken your money but havent delivered the goods.

^ Why the HECK couldnt the CS person at BHG even just suggest that!?? With two days of emails back and forth not once did they say this. Ive now done it (thanks!).. didnt know I could via google play as I thght my TC would be wiped, games back up running... Juessh!
