I am sure it is not about my phone. as I installed both Donimations and Dominations Asia in same Phone
I can see video reward and instant training in my ALT (Dominations Version)
but not in my main (Dominations Asia Version)

Where is it ?

Be wary of this ship. The shipments are paid for a certain number of days, not a certain number of shipments.
It might be worthwhile but if you miss a day it's gone forever, according to the in-game notes.

Never. They will never fix it. It's been two years. They don't even bother with mealy-mouthed platitudes about how they're looking into it anymore. As the gap between new players and long-timers/big spenders gets ever wider and the natural attrition of any three year old game's player base is never addressed by lowering the barriers to becoming remotely competetive, expect the problem to only get worse.

Either get used to poor matchups and take solace in rubies and alliance xp as consolation prizes. Or max your offenses and try to rush to the later ages ASAP. Expecting these guys do anything, besides make the problem worse by eventually adding museum bonuses to war, is futile at this point.
