Attacked by someone with no army and there is no replay

I'm assuming this is a cheat, right? I'll try to attach a screenshot later but I lost a ton of resources and 21 medals to a ghost army with no replay. Very annoying.

No. It happens whenever there's a new update. Update your game, if you haven't already.
