There is a new hotfix available in the Apple App Store and Google Play store. It now has the Training Blessing working correctly, and correct the issue where the French National Trade Good was unavailable in some places.

I am also French and I am also seeing the same behavior. It seems like Training Blessing is no longer stacking with French. It would be great to clarify if that is the new intended behavior.

If so, it's a HUGE loss. That is really the only reason to continue being French in the later ages. The game should be doing more to make other nations more attractive. If things continue like this, it will end up having everyone as Germans.

What do the French among us propose? Allow instant training? French (20%) Training Blessing (66%) and max VIP (%20) ... is 106%... is this reasonable? Honest question. Or are you asking for a different cap? Or have VIP times reduced?

french gets something else rather than training speed. like extra citizens, troops, coalitions, general, tactics, damage, attack speed.

Since tactics, damage, citizens are already a bonus for different nations. i would propose extra general or coalitions or attack speed or troop tactics.

all the ones you propose jagadeeshgarapati are too strong - maybe a 10% HP increase for all troops would be in tone

also SomeRandomPlayer you forgot the SA library research reducing training times by 10%
so in theory the french were already at 96% but with VIP they would be at 116%

I’m okay with the cap.

My two main accounts are French because I wanted the training time reduction nation bonus. On my SA account, I just reduced training times time from 86% to 96% with microprocessor library research when DA was released. I appreciated the 96%, but I didn’t think it was significantly better for my play style than 86%. Neither of my accounts has high enough VIP level to get reduction for factory troop training time.

I think if you have SA microprocessor library research done and Level 7 VIP or higher, then you have +20% factory troop training time reduction already and can choose another nation other than French and still reach the cap. Also, if you have both of those I have to wonder: why are you French in the first place?

TinSoldier thank you for the quick fix, and for fixing expedition times too. Team deserves some credit for actually listening to players concerns this time. I wish that they remain so vigilant in the future and we see fixes for other issues released quickly as well. I wouldn't mind if we would get weekly updates with small fixes, even if a single issue gets fixed in each update. Keep up the good work.

thanks. Fixing the game bugs is very important. But some are waitting for so long
