Connection Errors a Major issue after Update

Our war started War Day Started in the middle of the maintenance so we had our guys hold off attacking till it was over. Now we've launched 12 attacks and 5/12 attacks have been connection issues with my alliance being booted from the game. What is happening? There shouldn't be this many crashes or connection issues happening right after you all completed maintenance but it always seems to happen this way. Edit make that 6/14 attacks now that the game gave network error or completely crashed.

Same here, network connectivity problem pops up and crashes...
Nb4powerup can you please check and fix.

It's pretty sad when a war is determined by how many more network errors a team had.............

just experienced this 3 times today already and still waiting for cs response...i think they will just give the BS response as usual!

Hi all! We are aware that there seems to be more network connection errors. Both teams at Nexon and BHG are working on it. In the mean time, please reach out to support and if possible, described the exact actions that you did leading up to the error. My apologies that this issue just won't go away.

One thing that I've noticed in crashes in battle is that it often crashes right after I rally. I've included this in my cs reports.

Have crashed a lot of times today on normal attack, normally I do not crash at all.

The exact actions before disconnect Nb4powerup Umm trying to raid, trying to scout, having a battle, having a war ending a battle, starting a TB, crowning barrack troop rebuild. I do appreciate you are trying to help and I do thank you for this so don't take this personally but in honesty this is a global nexon issue. Does that help?

what about server wide compensations or special discount events after such severe issues?
i played some other web browser games before and it was standard after such issues appeared. just to stress: crowns or events doesn't cost BHG nor Nexon any Cent!! so its just offending that they don't do anything.

Yep, I've lost at least 10k oil and 50 medals from these connection issues. Would be nice to have some compensation.

Lost connection again, middle of a war attack. Was not rallying troops. Lost army, attack and event shinobi. This is at least the 5th lost connection this week. It is getting worse.

I lost connection in the middle of a raid. It's very frustrating as I lost all my troops and the 2 tactics used. Please do something about it
