Customer Service NOT Responding

Feels a bit like last summer when it took customer service weeks to respond to issues. i sent 2 messages yesterday and no response. the game isnt fixed for me. crashes have increased. game disconnects if u use in game CS. chat is broken with several messages never appearing, requests for troops disappearing or remaining after filled. alliance troops dont arrive. i dont want another meaningless event. i want a game that works.

Our CS team can take between 24 - 48 hours to reply depending on ticket volume. Since there have been some issues with the latest update, the ticket volume is higher than normal, so replies from CS may take longer. Rest assured your tickets will be replied to!

And when they do finally get to your ticket, they read the first few words, and click on a standard response asking more questions, even though you provided that information the first time.

Yep. I had two different issues, got answers that don't help, explained why the answer is wrong, and as I expected have heard nothing.

I spent hard earned money to play the game and get some enjoyment. The money I spent only caused me heart ache and stress and sucked the fun right out of the silly game.
The Starter Pack II I purchased didn't give me my village however it unlocked it and costs 7 million gold. I contacted customer support and have been getting scripted run around pass off type behavior. After jumping through the hoops (providing my Player name / player id, screenshot of google play store purchase and paypal receipt) I still have not gotten any compensation and it's been 2 days now.

I want to spend more money but the game actually refuses to let me saying "you dont have enough space to purchase that" when clicking on the starter pack and if you could see my base there is squares upon squares of free space.....

It's rewarding Spending money to support the game developers and people who earn a living from the game I play and it's how I can actively show my appreciation.

But to be treated like dog shit after spending the money and being made to do work and effort while suffering stress and anxiety from the purchase is just a whole new level of ass holery.
