I have been reading quite a bit of complaining here about customer support. Just want to share my first contact with them, over the last few days.
My daughter’s account got hacked, and the village looked really odd afterwards. Wonders got changed, structures were overlapping, some structures were downgraded, others upgraded. Happened in the course of a few hours, a week ago.
I approached support via their web form in the evening. Got an handwritten replay overnight, with promise to follow up.
Few days later got another mail, I replied, and a couple of hours later the village was reset to the day before the event. We got some crowns as compensation.
I’d say that’s decent customer support.

Good for you and yours. There's been issues about with non existent customer support for months. They are starting to get better, I hear.

The support ist amazing. I get in one hour a answer on my problem. From support to support differnt help, but very good.

Ofcourse making up a lovely heartwarming story wich involves children makes you look so nice, mr customersupport.
Fixing the game for some little girl they can, but come up with the real issues mature people bump in to with this game and they are nowhere to be seen.
Consider yourself the luckiest player out there. In case this really happened.

The CS is improving, after 1 month of being banned unfairly and after many messages, my account has finally been restored with a message of apology. They took a loooooong time to reply but i think they got the message that if they want to keep their customers they need to improve their communication skills.
Tout est bien qui finit bien.

Village swap issue is the only thing they have a fix, among all other issues of this broken game..

"mature" people more important than children? "Mature" people have *real* issues? Her base was totally screwed up. What issue is more real than that?

I've had good results from support also. I reported a crash during a raid where I lost 12 cav and they compensated me for the loss. The compensation wasn't huge, but it more than made up for my lost troops, so I wouldn't expect more than that.

The reason maybe support took a long time on village hacks is because there was a high volume of them or maybe it took some time to figure out how to best restore accounts and now they have it down better.
