Hi Aigner, if you haven't done it already...you should file a report directly to Nexon via the in-game report tab. Unfortunately Nexon seldom respond to issues raised on this forum.

Hi Aigner, Aussie guy is correct - the best way to report this issue is via in-game Customer Service. They will ask for a copy of your receipt and get you straightened out. Sorry for the trouble!
