The only problem with booting cheaters out of an alliance that I can think of is the people responsible for investigating them now have to find them. Not every player has a unique name. I had a person disappear into thin air after I requested his advancement to indy be investigated. This was pre war days. I was hoping I was wrong.

How many nations are you currently playing Parmenion? I started about April last year as well and one of my 4 nations is IA lvl145. Just think - if I'd invested all my time in only 1 or 2 nations I'd be lvl 250 and king of the leaderboards!!! Well, maybe not, but it does go to show what can be achieved with regular playing.
Speaking of which, I wonder how dbuk's doing these days?

what's with this paranoia and witch hunting attitude towards anyone that is progressing really fast?

lots of wealthy ppl in this world you know... and lots do spend lots of money on this game. I came from CoC and ppl there would drop $15K like it's nothing in just a few hours.

unless you have absolute irrefutable proof that someone is cheating, and not just speculation, stop with this nonsense.

in case you don't understand, banning someone is a serious thing. it's not something that is done by NEXON willy-nilly. you would not want them to ban ppl willy-nilly either, because someone could accuse YOU of cheating for no reason and start a witch hunt on YOU without proof, and NEXON bans YOU!

banning is not something that should be taken lightly.

bottom line is, if you don't have absolute irrefutable proof, then you shouldn't say anything no matter how fast someone is progressing.

My guess is half the people in this forum work for Nexon because why else would people still be discussing cheating in this game as if it were an issue that Nexon is interested in fixing? Especially when all the history shows that Nexon loves cheaters and fully supports them.

The problem in this game is not, as someone said, that people assume others are cheating before giving them the benefit of the doubt. That is not was is ruining this game.

What is ruining this game are the actual cheaters and the fact that there numbers have been increasing daily while Nexon does virtually nothing to stop it.

I had a guy like that in my alliance. Level 80 when he joined then a week later he's 130. Every day he goes up about 3-4 levels.

He left after being confronted, and his name is Dragonslayer

i guess u will get nothing out of this post except banning one cheater out of the thousands roaming the game + teaching cheaters not to join alliances so they won't be noticed, and i guess the security problem in this game is permenant, all they can do about it is banning cheaters whenever detected but not closing the holes in their security cuz its the way how their security is based what allows easy cheating, the only way is this game to be handled to another company that can run better security than the crappy one already present

This guy is a expert of staying undetected (not) :-D

Just do a quick calculation how much crowns this would actually cost.. speeding up buildings like 1400crowns, not having enough resources to do so, only
4-5 buildings would cost more than 15.000 crowns, which equals 100€/$

Changing nations, speeding through ages, yes we are talking about several thousands of €/$ - does anyone of you really think someone who owns this much money, would really spend it to dominations?

Further, why are the mods and CS silent about this? They are trying to sit this problem out...

There have been discussions for months, pointing out obvious cheaters, yet they still operate freely in the leader boards...

Will start googling how to cheat in this kind of game and buy $100-200 crowns for anti banning. If got banned then just ask for refund. I need 7 months to advance to IA and now I am so frustrating to see some cheater achieve that in just a day. Thank you NEXON for ruin this great game.

I don't see the problem, if he's funding the company then it's good for everyone... I for one spend quite a bit on the game, and have many crowns left (Christmas present )

It's a different story if they are cheating tho....

He´s either bought crowns for at least $5.000 in one day or using some kind of hack. Can it really be impossible for Nexon to jusk check if someone spent this kind of money on the game.
