Next time please increase the oil storage as well. Kinda pointless to have increased production when the oil wells reach their max storage in 2-3 hours.

Well it will get people to log in more often to empty their oil wells . It will also improve oil raiding significantly since 50% can be stolen from oil wells.

worship01 The oil raiding will essentially remain the same(especially for abandoned bases). As Quovatis said, this event is pointless without raising the cap. It will also be harder to determine how much oil the active players have in their refinery now.
Combine this with the powerplant and oil blessing for some decent returns from your own production (the oil well production is still terrible).

I agree, we need more oil. There should also be more university upgrades to increase oil production and the oil blessing.

Oil is the hardest resource, we gotta work very hard to get it and the rewards really do match the benefit.

People complained that the library didn't provide enough benefit and was too slow, so the y gave us Amelia... now people complain its too expensive! sheesh

What I'd like is some really expensive, really slow library research (perhaps only needing one person?), possibly oil storage/gold storage/food storage being one advantage? The hardest part will be to stop the cheaters (havent seen any in a while, but I assume they are still out there!) from misusing it.
