Peace Treaty But No Battle Fought? Any Idea How?

I logged on this morning to see I had a peace treaty of 8 hrs+ so, obviously, presumed I'd been attacked so went to check as usual. However, there was no recent defensive battle, the last one was over 15 hours beforehand, it was only a 2-star, -1 medal one so wouldn't have given me a full-length treaty (and even those aren't 24 hours!) and I distinctly remember seeing that battle before I logged off last night.

At first, I thought it may have been one of the spineless force-quitting cowards that are around, since a couple of traps were sprung, but I've never seen it give a peace treaty after a force-quit before.

I hadn't updated yet so it wasn't a result of the new anti-force-quit measures. Any idea how this happened anyone?

Probably someone attacked you and upgraded to the new version.

that happened to me too before I had updated. After the update, i had the log and 3 crowns

Happend to me twice yesterday, updated in the evening and found both attacks.. I wonder why this has changed - it used to show an empty attack, but at least
it showed something.. now it just notifies of nothing :-D

I am upgraded to the new version. All of our alliances attacks end in "Network Connection and Server Errors" if they end during battle, we lose -39 medals. If it occurs immediately following the battle we aren't awarded a medal for the battle, but you still get a peace treaty. Welcome to the fantastic new Global Upgrade! Cheers
