Recently, i have been experiencing sudden network connection errors in the middle of multiplayer battles, forcing me to restart the game and thus i lose all my troops. The main point is, there is no a 2-minutes yellow spinning after the battle which is supposed to try to connect back to the server even if there was a network problem!
I have been reporting this issue to the "kind and helpful" customer service for numerous times and every time they keep telling me its my unstable hoe wifi signal or my crap device without 500mb storage capacity or me without closing other running applications! What is more satisfying is that nowadays you CAN NOT reply to their response unless they allow you to do so, meaning they can give you a robotic reply and shut the whole conversation up by a bloody sentence of "This conversation has ended"! WHOA! So this is how you response to your customers' questions, Nexon?
