So, as a noob to these games (never did CoC or anything like this), is it common for the users to be this upset and have no/little response from the company?

If our company has a grumpy customer, we're all over it and sorting things out in a hurry.

This thread has 3 pages over a few days and not a single comment from a company rep, or moderator, or technician...

If it's not normal, then I can see that in a couple of years time, we'll be comparing other games to "that Dominations fiasco...". A textbook case study on "no matter how awesome the game /product is, a lack of customer service will sink it."

You should have seen the COC forums last summer when they nerfed the heros. It was way worse than this. People planning class action lawsuits and leaving multiple posts with instructions in how to go to Apple and get their money back. Supercell stayed quiet during the uproar and the mods only got involved when absolutely necessary. They let people vent for a few weeks and then everything was back to normal. The COC forums still get pretty rowdy everytime there is an update with people complaining, but people keep playing the game. To answer your question, a year ago supercell staff and mods would post in their forums multiple times every day. However they started getting flamed more and more each time they would post. Now it is very rare for a supercell staff person to post, and even the mods seem to only post when they have to.

And Supercell still ignores people complaining about the 'nexting' issue. They just let threads accumulate to a thousand posts and quietly sweep it under the carpet before another irate player starts a new post to repeat the cycle again.

These sort of games are only fun to play when they are still new. Yes, there are technical issues here and there but once it stabilized, all of the pioneers would have been like high level players in the game. After a while, the investors will try to milk the players more buy doing more funny things to make people spend more. That's when the veterans move on to other games. The cycle repeats.

Personally i think this ship has alrdy sailed for BHG due cheaters and exploiters, it was during the dawn age bug, things went completely out of control and Domni-team couldn't figure out how to react properly while it was so obvious that the game was exploited.. I mean.... An army of camels couldn't even convince them... I get it if it was paying customer and removing him/her might not the best business model to apply.. Well now this game is "infected" with those players from up to higher ranks down to lower ranks... Resulting that leaderboard has almost no credibility I mean what's the point to climb up on that ladder? How to compete with them? Are they "clean" who knows? Unless you guys gonna make it seasonal thing and wipe off everyone from that leaderboard to start over... Or I am just gonna wait for Dominations II and hope BHG ditch Nexon...

Not sure why ppl complaining so much. ALL GAMES CAN BE HACKED. Even CoC,can be hacked today, you just need to know what you're doing. Overtime games will slowly reduce exploits and it will get better. If you want a perfect game that cant be hacked then turn off all your electronic devices and play outside, otherwise shut up.

The games barely made worldwide release and ppl complain way too much, if you dont have the patience to wait, then move on
