Hi folks. I've responded to this issue repeatedly, so here's it is again: Customer Service handles game complaints. We're working on fixing the problem. Once I do, it will be posted with the patch notes. I'll add it to the Known Issues, but we do not currently have an ETA.

Thanks for the update IronAngel, but this isn't a post about a particular game issue - that would go in the Bugs section. This is a post about the (un)playability of the game for leaderboard rank. We'd be interested to hear your thoughts on that topic if you care to share!

Cannibals had their first and only (so far) treaty break at 1900 medals. They're around 2100 medals now.

Yes I agree with Cannibals. What is the point in trying to climb the leaderboard if you don't have an emulator running to keep the app open? You will lose all your heard earned medals as soon as you log off. This is this type of bugs that actually make people start to think about cheating unfortunately.

I monitor the top 25 ranking every day. Some players never ever drop medals. I have pretty much all of them in my revenge list and so do many in my alliance. We test revenge all the time at different time around the clock. They always appear online for the last week, 24/7. Should I point out the obvious about the current top ranked players, shooting for 3800 medals?

Steini, Gridvic, and Moonies all hit 3600 medals at the same time yesterday. Watch where each of their medal totals went since then.

Broken Peace Treaties without compensation, make medal drives pointless, that's for sure. I would add, Peace Treaties have been failing since about February and March, us beta-testers pointed it out then...Nexons response was to fix nothing and just move this game to global release in April.

Yes I saw that, you've been hit the hardest . Gridvic also seems to have had broken PTs and lost about 70 medals. I saw Steini drop a few medals today.

Yes but it is by keeping on reporting the problem that we will ever get a fix for it. If we report it once and hope that they will prioritize it, it's not the way it works with software companies. I work for one and unless the client escalates issues, all bugs stay with the same priority until there is a lot of pressure and someone decides to allocate a developer to debug and fix it.

We should keep being loud on the most outrageous bugs of the game. For instance, I haven't heard about the village swap bug for a long time. It looks like they managed to fix it in the end, after numerous people complained loudly about it.

The issue already occurs if you are above 2000, sort of, here is 250 crowns, now a system goes live to get those crowns back....starting with breaking your PT

After 18h and 7 fails got my first working treaty at 3441 medals. After 16h when it expired I got another 16h treaty for -35 medals :/

... it failed after 4h3m.

I dont know what you mean about the obvious? If you think she or others are cheating, why you dont report them to CS?

I got to 3360 medals. Went to sleep 8 hrs later woke up to 6 attacks, 100 medals lost. That happened 2 days in a row until i was down to 3150 where the game wanted me to be. I no longer have the desire to fight the game on this. 3100 is where they want me then so be it. Peace treaties have been holding for a couple days now

It seems like no one so far is arguing against the premise that the medals race is unplayable. What are some actions that can be taken to turn that around? Or is it simply fix the issues or nothing?

I'm at 2230 medals now and had my first double attack 6 minutes apart, damn I thought, then looking more closely the first was a defence win for +5 medals - haven't seen one of those for months!

Still no ETA on resolution of this bug? I got attacked twice in less than 2 minutes of logging off and lost 34 medals and counting.

Not sure what we are supposed to do with that leaderboard ranking to be honest. Unless you have an emulator to keep your app open all the time or have multiple players taking shifts (hint Princess Warrior), there is no point in chasing medals.

you may have other problems besides a broken pt if you are playing this game for 37 hours straight

Too true lol! I did take a two hour break for -17 medals to attend to some business :/
