Yes but it is by keeping on reporting the problem that we will ever get a fix for it. If we report it once and hope that they will prioritize it, it's not the way it works with software companies. I work for one and unless the client escalates issues, all bugs stay with the same priority until there is a lot of pressure and someone decides to allocate a developer to debug and fix it.
We should keep being loud on the most outrageous bugs of the game. For instance, I haven't heard about the village swap bug for a long time. It looks like they managed to fix it in the end, after numerous people complained loudly about it.
