Using Food to upgrade walls and Gates!

I'm 157 in industrial and still have another 15 or so levels worth of stuff to upgrade, if you weren't racing through ages you would find time for walls. It takes a few decent battles for each wall at lvl 9. If all of your upgrades take 8 to 12 days, what are you doing in between if not upgrading walls?

Lol, Level 9 walls are not that hard to get, you just have to raid frequently and be patient. Mine are all 9/10, no hacking involved, just diligence and patience. As Bbilliet said, what else do you have to do while your workers are busy for days on end?

If you can't get lvl 9 walls then you're just not trying hard enough.

What are you talking about? I had all level 10 walls before leaving enlightenment. It wasn't the easiest thing, but as others have mentioned, what else are you doing if you're keeping two builders free to hunt and gather?

I started industrial a month ago and am at level 145. If you like to rush, that's your prerogative, but you can have level 9 walls in gunpowder age.

Does Nexon never try their updates before releasing them? In that case I guess we should be happy they dont sell parachutes

Garrison defenders and tanks could always attack helicopters, so, I don't see much of a difference.
What's changing with this update is that, some of the expedition troops (sepoys, which are deployed on attack) damaging helicopters (on defense at the town center). Fighter planes are going to be able to attack helicopters (again, helicopters on defense).
Both of these are buffs called out in the latest release note are made to tackle helicopters which are on defense. These changes in the latest update don't reduce the effectiveness of helicopters on offense. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Oddly enough, the food for wall actually did work for me. Was able to upgrade 2 walls and i didnt have enough gold to do that upgrade either, and I didnt get a negative value for gold after upgrade. I wonder if the glitch has more to do with the device that the game is being played on? Im sure writing software patches for android is different from IOS.

Level 9 walls are a piece of cake to save up to and build. Level 10 takes a bit more time (I've got over half mine at 10 now), but what else are you going to do while most of your workers are busy with other things? I work on walls like most players do. Your complaint is something I just can't agree with.
