That would b commonsense so no dice here. I hope I am wrong, but I don't think Nexon/BHG can think of someone other than themselves. I don't believe they will fix WW the way it should b. Their greed transcends anything rational. I mean the airlift event was toooo easy to accomplish, even their underhanded schemes r c through.

I've been playing the game less and spending less, thx for that much Nexon!

Hi Dominators!

In recent times it has been observed that Nexon is selling more and more event armies. Every couple of days there is a special action and the number of event armies purchased continues to grow. In addition to event armies, this also affects the additional tactics to be purchased. Cyber Monday is the current peak of this development! And directly followed by Big Green Jacket Rifleman sale!

Basically I do not care, if players with event armies for money reinforce. But in the world war it takes away my fun of the game and the joy of competition. Many frustrating stalemates are the result and the first players leave the game - so we also lose good friends on our DomiNations hobby! :(

To make the opinion of the community visible, I start this poll and hope for lively participation. Please forward the link of this poll and so that many players take part - your opinion counts! Thank you! :)

I say four, at most six (though that's really pushing it) should be selectable on planning day. If one chooses to use them all in one attack, so be it.

Tactics should stay as they are.

Though I think a better solution would be a checklist of war options when looking for a matchup.

Choose whether to include card armies, mercs, tactics, coalitions, possibly even donated troops.

That way alliances can choose what flavor of war they'd like. The top players can have a true test of skills. The more casual ones can test new things out in a more challenging environment than your typical raid.

It may even curtail stalemates and sandbags. The matchmaking may take longer, but certainly less time than a 48 hour stalemate does.

With individual upgrades now taking a couple of weeks in general and most of my workers, I will very likely play the game less as the boredom factor kicks in. No point in buying extra armies as they will only accumulate resources I cannot use. I will have short bursts of activity when resources are needed. My medal count will fall, but I will not care as this makes it easier to find opponents for slaughter and resources. Due to the sandbagging/stalemate scenario there is little point in participating in World Wars. How about watching a video, all five of them if nothing crashes! Sadly the rewards are so meagre there is more excitement in watching paint dry. Hey, I could always use some of my workers on expeditions but their return value for the workers invested is far too poor. I am fed-up chasing turkeys, so what else is left to me? All that is really remaining are my fellow alliance members and our alliance is a close one. However, with the naff chat facility and our move into slack I doubt whether I would miss Dominations much. But what about the deep meaningful discussions you can have with Customer Services that Nexon provide through their game bugs and issues. They have an amazing can't do attitude to resolving issues. In January this year I had a major problem with missing war loot, its still missing 10 months later.

As old soliders never die I think I will just slip away from this game, my enthusiasm has been on the wane since before going Atomic. There is a quote that comes to mind from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, "So long and thanks for all the fish", when the dolphins left the Earth. The Vogons are now here in force.

Goodbye Dominations.

Sadly, I think I will eventually fade away as you have described, Zonko. The worst part is that it doesn't have to be like this but Nexon is going for the quick-hit revenue approach instead of building a long-term fan base.

In my situation, it is hard to see the actual effect of card armies. All of our wars are against teams vastly more developed than us, so they are always atomic/global offenses attacking our EA/IA defenses, all due to sandbagging.

But, if we were to ever see an evenly matched war again, I would for sure be in favor of only allowing a few card armies to be used (or one is fine too). The solution has to be balanced with the need for Nexon to make $$, which is important for the game too (even though I think they make some crappy/greedy moves).

I am going to slow down playing for a while because of this too, at least until Nexon finds fixes for this and sorts this out soon which will most likely be a loooong time. If only they fixed this stuff in the beginning they could of gotten their crap together faster

Stop complaining and just enjoy the game. Playing field is level, if other ppl can spend $$$ to beef their offense, so can you, just skip that burger run to jack-in-the-box and use the money to get yourself an army

trust me, this game is so disconnected from its player base with so many things wrong. i was surprised someone was comparing this game to CoC, there is no comparison, this game sucks, hands-down. so far, the game design has been ignoring all of our advise and complaints, you think they would listen to us by directly cutting their revenue stream? either you play in its state or simply move on to something else, i don't think they would do anything, if there are big wallets are buying their BS armies.

Something has to be done. Seriously Nexon, why with all the army pop-ups to buy and just ruin war? Think about gamers who have needs to be first such as essentials to life and for their families.

Christmas time (or Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc.) is around the corner. If this keeps occurring, many people won't be able to enjoy the holidays with their families and would not have anything to give. Please allow us some time to use our money for the best of December.

Excuse me if you are confuse, I hope you all know what I mean.

Everything u wrote is true, I mean we (the community) can't even get updates most times. Knowing how long it takes then to fix anything (not $ related), WW will only be shadow of something that could've been great.
I'll continue to war because I enjoy warring with my clan, there used to b more reasons...

With upgrades taking about 2 weeks and all workers most of the time are occupied I just log in to donate and chat with my awesome alliance members. The interest in the game is as described, slowly fading away. Its really sad, the game has such potential

Yesterday I was attacked by 1 Helicopter, 7 Volksgrenadiers, 6 Legoinnaires, 3 Generals, 1 Jagdpanzer, 6 Freedom Fighters, 1 B-17 Bomber, 1 APC, 3 BRDM-1 Tanks, 1 Guard Mortar, 1 Tank Destroyer, 10 Field Howitzers, 2 Heavy Supply Trucks, 3 Motorcycle Raiders, 2 Battle Tanks, 25 Veteran SMGs, 4 Fighters MK6, 40 Green Jacket Riflemen.

Nexon, please tell me how to defend any base against such an army!!!

Mine was destroyed at 100% and I lost 34 medals!

That ruins the game!

That's not too bad; I got hit by: 13 veteran motorcycles, 15 field howitzers, 40 veteran SMGs, 25 republic rifleman, 35 elite hwarang, 20 pathfinders, 7 shield maidens, 4 main battle tanks, 9 helicopters, 3 healers, 1 fighter, 1 heavy transport, 2 flammpanzer, 2 jagpanzer, 3 generals. The carnage was magnificent. Don't mind too much if this doesn't spill into Wars, but I bet it does ;)

This is an interesting poll. Almost 75% of board members voting want card armies in World War in some capacity, and just as many people want 2 or more, compared to those who want complete removal.

It is fair to say the outcry from the vocal minority calling for Nexon to remove all card armies from war is a bit overblown, and not representative of the true wishes of the player base!

Better 1 or 2 then unlimited, there's no skill to drop a dozen extra armies, right?

I would agree with not having an unlimited supply. In my mind 5 per war is a fair option. Still leaves enough room for Nexon to make money (they are not a charity after all) and still allows for skill to win a war. I was not in favor of them implementing the use of paid card armies in the first place, but there is no putting this back in the bottle. We have to realize that, and be realistic. btw...nice seeing you around the forums. Hope the alliance is doing well.
