Cold war era base (268) now being hit by fighters only for 4 stars, despite having maxed aa guns, air blessing and 3 traps not taking any planes down. What’s the point of bothering to post generals and walls if people can just fly over them? I realize I can do the same thing back with my own fighters but seems kind of pointless to me. So much for rebalancing.

Well this may cheer you up. I’m a 259 Cold War andwas attacked by 14 supersonic fighters, they didn’t destroy any buildings and my base took down about a dozen almost.

i have -40% invading fighters damage, 30% tower damage, 10% air defense, 15% all defensive tower. Air defensive blessing.
It sucks for me but sure is er is entertaining to watch the replay.

I can't believe that it's that easy as it sounds. Perhaps if you tried rearranging your Anti-air defense structures? Take some time watching your replays and see if most of them (if not all attacks) have a same pattern or start from a specific point of your base. Perhaps this point needed some strengthening.
