Stop doing maintenance without notifying your customers!!

Why is it so difficult to announce that you will have maintenance in a few minutes? Every other game that I have played does that, and yet DomiNations feels they are exempt. It's starting to feel that you don't value your players' opinions. All I'm asking for is a few minutes advance notice, even though other games normally give me at least an hour's notice. A few minutes is all I need to know NOT to start a new battle.

if only they would create a forum it could solve a lot of issues. they could announce maintenance breaks, give updates on when known issues will be resolved, get a feeling for features that the majority of fans would like implemented... oh wait.. nm

Absolutely agree with original post. The game is really great. Better than coc. But the service and handling of either nexon or big huge games is atrocious. It's not fathomable how bad this customer service is. I'm on the edge of quiting.

it's totally ridiculous to just do maintenance in the middle of people playing the game, all you need is a 10 minute warning, so everyone can finish up their battles before the game is shut down. our at least make it so all those that are in a battle when maintenance starts get their troops returned to them as if the battle never took place. it really sucks when you are winning a battle, or already won, when maintenance kicks in. then next time you log in, you find no battle report, and your whole army wiped out.

My town center was Medieval Age, now it was Medieval Age but update is Medieval and some building down level: barracks, farm

yeah, this surprise maintenance really needs to stop. give us a 5-10 minute warning at least.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback and opinions regarding this matter. In the event that we know when maintenance is going to be performed, we do our best to communicate that as early as possible to the players so they have enough time to make necessary preparations. Unfortunately there are times where maintenance cannot be planned, due to unforeseen situations, and at those times we can't always immediately address the community because of other actions that need to be taken first. That being said, I can definitely pass this feedback along to the team.
