Maybe Nexon is more concerned about "Bubble Ring Fling" and "Party Zoo Zoo" than Dominations? :p

Do we have enough lifeboats for everybody?

(insert wisecrack about certain people being women and children every time a bug happens and needing to run to the lifeboats first)

But no you guys will probably just keep playing.

See you next year!

finger, it's not "every time a bug happens". If the cheaters and bugs were sorted out promptly, people wouldn't be too phased.

It's the slow and unresponsive approach by Nexon and BHG to let this carry on unabated that p!sses on our battery so much!

You're right though, we'll keep playing until it's totally ruined or something better comes out, but I won't pay another cent.

this game has gone crazy.. first my friend told me he received about 4k in crowns and he thought it was compensation for the server maintenance ( I did not receive anything).. and last night when i was playing and attacking, i came across a few lvl 15-16 players in the enlightenment age!?! seriously? i just recently reached gunpowder at lvl 51 and lvl 15-16s are hitting enlightenment age. The last i checked there were min level requirements for advancing to these ages. Its really frustrating to have spent hours grinding and real cash to speed up productions when some players are getting free crowns and getting free age advancements.

Could someone please explain whats going on?!

Basically, I'm just not spending any more money.

I do like this game a lot, and play regularly, but now, I'm just not spending another dime. I'm in the "older player, disposable income" bracket Drewan mentioned, but that's it till they actually sort out issues like this.

Don't tell me about "they did what they said they would do" - that's crap. Here is a company taking people's money, and not adequately testing their releases. The only reason they worked the weekend is due to their own incompetence in the first place?

I have also been thinking of giving it away, but not spending seems a good first step.

I'm with you Andy. I also like the game, but I'm not spending anymore money on it. The game is basically broken. If I had a car with a blown engine, I wouldn't be buying new tyres for it...

Yeah. How about the notion that you've been sold a lemon (you have), and what you're going to do about it going forward. I know I've been up one end of the forums and down the other side saying the same old thing, but great, so you won't spend any more money. What about the money you've already spent on a faulty product? Willing to just walk away from that?

The forums have 20 pages of bugs, more than any other section (general has 20 but a lot of bugs posted in here too).
What does this say about the state of the game....!

I wonder if that's true. This is a novel idea, but why should a faulty software product be different than any other faulty product. It's that way because we simply accept it. The company is completely aware of the defects in the product, yet still encourages and facilitates in game purchasing of game currency "crowns" for real world money (dollars/euros/etc.). The rub is that the developer does not inform the consumer of said issues - caveat emptor. The consumer, having invested small or large amounts of money in the game, is left to discover the issues for him or herself: Hacks, exploits, cheats, and most grevious of all, code patches that negatively impact what the customer has paid real money to accomplish in game. And, to put the cherry on top of the fail shake, the development company refuses to communicate with customers, many who have sunk dollars into the game, to address issues that persist for days and weeks at a time. If this were anything else but a game, a software product, the actions of the company in question would border on fraud were they to continue for a period of time not to exceed a month. So that's my tipping point, and that's how I'll deal with it. I don't expect immediate results, but I also won't allow my money to simply have disappeared.

cheat and hacks i can deal with. those people get banned over time. glitches bugs server down i can handle because all new games have it this bad. in the past 10 years of pc and app gaming i cant remember a single game that hasnt had massive uproar in the forums about all the problems upon release. those get sorted out too. i can handle a pvp game where some players have spent $4000 in gems/crowns because that money is supporting the game while i play for free. the one thing that has me really annoyed is giving away 40 or 90k worth of crowns. this is a pvp competitive game. i dont want to be in a foot race where some people get a bicycle by accident

it would be sort of better if it was 1 guy somewhere in the world. but 2 guys in my alliance alone got excessive crowns which means this is probably very widespread

The number of cheaters and this free crowns bug show that server architecture might be wrong. I would rate it as open beta product, but they launched for 6 months ago in some countries, so this is a surprise. They still haven't respond how they are going to handle tyne issue, but it looks like it isn't closed yet.
