No I will not, because I am in America and you can't tell me America isn't getting this update.

Why is google play still only outputting 1.3.62. Why only are some getting the update and some are not. Could it be that those getting the update have used hack maybe ??? Or did they pull the update before all could update

If I don't have the update tomorrow I will post this again. Because I simply want to know why some have the update and some do not and why the update is not on google play , and until I have that answer.the posting WILL NOT STOP.

Iff you think this is spam then ignore it, but I will continue to post my info because I'm curious and I would think all of you would be curious too.. Obviously your not interested in why many were not updated, but I am


The update is real, and people who got it before you did not hack. So kindly stop posting here with your useless information until you get the update as well.

The v1.5.67 update of DomiNations is releasing soon! Below are the full update notes!


- Ranged Infantry switches targets when enemy troops come into range.


This does not work at all. Every attack I've done my archer get stuck attacking buildings and then they get picked off by the enemy troop.

Also the Rally is absolutely terrible. Yes troops attack one wall but then once the wall is gone and you rally inside the wall, your guys go back out and attack a different wall.... Terrible. I'm about to quit as the game has gone way downhill since I started.

Funken, Nexon just responded in another thread (bugs) and said that the google play update is rolling out gradually.
So be patient and it will eventually show up on your android device.
BTW, I play on iOS in USA and I have already updated.

yeah just read that recently.


They need to pull it all together

You have an issue with me then ignore and/or report me but don't think I am going to listen to anything you post in this regard. Until just recently nobody had info regarding why the update was only going to a few.

Note: this is based on update 1.5.68 on Android.

Here are some things I noticed that are not covered in update notes. Some of these have since been included in the updated notes.

UI
  • Font size in Alliance Chat is smaller
  • The train time is now shown in unit's info screen (doesn't shown the shortened time for French though, just the standard train time)
  • No more attack notifications!
  • Player info page (which shows progress bars for economy/defense/military and the wonders the player has) has been removed
Generals
  • Generals don't do extra damage against defenders anymore, just against other generals.
  • It used to be that Alexander, Cleopatra, and Nobunaga have the same stats. This is not the case anymore.
Tactics
  • Cost for tactics has been changed. I didn't have access a lot of the tactics so I don't know how they've changed but some have increased and some have decreased.
  • Description for the Betrayal tactic has been modified.
Technology
  • Exploration now refunds 10% of forest clearing cost instead of reducing 10% of the cost.
Troops
  • The range of melee units has been reduced - before update the range was 1, after update it's more like 0.5 (i.e. units move closer than before to target before they can attack)
  • Supply Cart/Wagon/Train now it heals 3x the normal amount for non-mercenary Heavy Cavalry and Generals.
  • The bug where Supply Cart/Wagon/Train rushing to the frontline and moving past walls in response to rally has been fixed. Now Supply Cart/Wagon/Train does not respond to rally anymore.
Buildings
  • Level 3 Stable now spawns Cataphracts instead of Knights
  • War Academy used to say "Available Spells" in its info screen. It has now been corrected to say "Available Tactics"
Rally
  • It used to be that troops forget about the rally once the obstructing wall has been destroyed. This has been fixed.
  • It used to be that some troops show a delayed response when you rally. This has been fixed.
  • Units now move to the location of the building targeted by the rally even after the building has been destroyed. Previously, the rally effect is canceled once the targeted building is destroyed
  • The bug with Supply Vehicles' response to rally has been fixed (see "Troops" section above)
Replay
  • Now the game automatically uses 4x speed for the scouting portion of replays, and changes to 1x once the actual battle starts.
Wildlife
Blessings
  • The Defender blessing's description in the Temple used to say that it requires Zeal ch. 2. This has been fixed to say Zeal ch. 3 instead.



Bugs/Issues I have experienced
  • [UI] This update added a message saying that "Ally Donation Limit Reached" when donated troops are full. But, the Alliance Chat still shows the incorrect donated numbers and you are still able to press the "Donate" button.
  • [AI] Units attack walls that are right in front of their target even though there is an opening nearby.
  • [AI] Melee units sometimes use ranged attack against their enemy. It seems like this ranged attack has a minimum distance like catapult because the melee units have to keep adjusting their position for attacking.
  • [AI] Melee units sometimes attack through walls.
  • [AI] Cavalry units seem to be unable to move in between buildings built side-by-side now. As a result they have to travel around those buildings which takes a much longer time - not sure if other units display this behavior. In general, they tend to prefer moving on roads to other surfaces even if the path along roads is much longer.
  • [AI] (Has existed before this patch) Sometimes units still attack the wall that is obstructing their target even after their target has been destroyed.
  • [AI] (Has existed before this patch) Instead of attacking the target building as soon it is within range, units sometimes move to other sides of the buildings before attacking. If units are moving as a group, you'll see that they tend to spread out and half-surround the target building before they attack it. Archers sometimes move around until they form a straight line before they attack a building.
  • [AI] Archers don't always target the closest enemy. Sometimes they target an enemy that is so far away that they spend most of their time chasing that enemy without being able to land a hit.
  • [AI] Despite what the patch notes claim, most of the time archers do not switch target when enemy defenders come into range. They continue attacking the building that they have been attacking while being oblivious to the defenders.
  • [AI] Although every general's description says that their favorite target is the "nearest enemy", they don't actually seem to prefer attacking enemy defenders.
  • [AI] Troops sometimes ignore defenders even though they are the closest target.
  • [AI] Troops sometimes don't attack defenders as soon as they move close enough. Instead, they move past the defenders before turning around to attack.
  • [Logs] Loading times for Defense and Attack History is still poor. Sometimes they don't load even after waiting for minutes.
Will update as I see more.

Regarding the forest clearing cost, it has changed from "reduce" to "refund". See the description in the library.

And you've updated your client? I only get knights at level 4 stables now; others in my alliance concur. I'm playing chinese fwiw.

Oh and i'm afraid yes the ai is kinda broken now ... ok so troops may attack the same bit of wall more together, unfortunately they now like to attack any bit of wall they see whether its in their way or not! Sorry devs but back to the drawing board on that one!

I agree with you. Troops movement is weird, and they prefer to break another wall instead of getting through the already opened one. They become brainless after last update. So dissapointing...

My level jumped from 83 to 105 after I installed the update. Well I was expecting some kind of surprise anyway from these noob developers. You just wanted to launch the update what about more loot sources (Obv their wont be cuz you want us to buy corwns). What about supply train bug. Still after numorous posts on forums about these bugs Nexon wont give a flying fuck. Keep going hackers atleast you can take advantage of these bugs.

There are many improvements but the AI is a major part of game enjoyment. It has been a step backwards and frustrating.

AI was far better before update. I regret updating. Ruined the rally function. Also, how do i know if I have the German 10 bonus after a successful battle?
