I'm not, and others in my Alliance, are not completely opposed to this costing money to purchase. However we feel that asking us to spend $49.99 on it while there are critical game breaking bugs and completely broken war matchmaking is insanely inappropriate.

It comes across as they're asking us to pay $49.99 to help address an artificial limitation that they placed on the game.

It's like when they did an event that rewarded you for collecting trade goods.... which came at a time where there was a bug where in many cases trade goods were not being awarded.

We have recently lost a lot of long time Alliance members due to the critical bugs in the game. We are about to lose a bunch more and I fear that such a high price for the estate is going to push them over the edge.

The further you progress the more involved a game should become. Dominations has become the equivalent of watching paint dry. Log on read the feed have a bit of a laugh with alliance mates. Possibly donate a few troops, fill the war map or attack on it, kill a few deer or harvest the mines and trees. 7 days till next upgrade finishes, log out go back to sleep. I play far less now in Global than I ever did. Wait till a day or two before your workers come back, raid furiously start the next build, log out and go back to sleep for another week.

Can I afford the 50 buck, yeah! Is 3 workers going to solve the serious deficiency of involvement and provide some sense of achievement. I think not.

Nexon have lost their minds and have lost touch with all reality. I DELETED the game & have moved on to the superior Dawn of Titans game.

If you're grumbling about the cost of the Estate, there is still along way to go in this game. Already the Tank Depot needs 6 workers, University and Expeditions, those extra 3 workers aren't going to alleviate the worker bottleneck - it's called an Estate so they can sell more workers. If you buy this, you'll have to buy the next thing put in the Store for cash. Some Atomic Age upgrades will probably need 8 workers.

The last Designer Spotlight showed where their interests lay and now been fobbed off with a memo about sandbagging & WW - basically it seems they aren't in any hurry to fix it, just get us to be quiet. There's always been a theme of the day around the forums, 1/39 medal system, no opponent found, this estate house - nothing ever was fixed or changed, just more updates and more bugs.

I'm just going to fool around with my Gunpowder base, it's nearly maxed out and I'm not advancing to EA, it's my own end-game. No Starter Pack or extra workers needed and attacking is just as much fun (more so actually because my GP army doesn't get smashed to pieces for no apparent reason which happens too often with my Global account but that probably serves me right for messing around at 3000 medals).

Yes, this is exactly what i am thinking too. If the maximum number of possible workers is 19, all of the future upgrade will be based on this number (and even more in the future) instead of 14.
There are still lots of problems in this game, yet we don't see Nexon gonna fix it.

My alliance is already dying, quite a number of veterans quit the game in the past few months as they are frustrated with the current game status(WW sandbagging, spinning wheel of death issue etc). What make them give up the game is that Nexon didn't think it is a problem in their cs reply. And now the remaining players are showing their anger on this newly introduced estate building as they think Nexon just want to grab the money instead of making the game better. I can foresee some of them will quit the game soon. And of course I am considering quitting too as we all can see that Nexon is going to a wrong path.

Lol, you can blame your country for that my friend. The price is not good anywhere, even if it was $50 everywhere...which would actually make it a reasonably acceptable offer in your area.

Yeah I go to the gym too...I don't think that's the issue. Also, I don't think it's about whether we have the money to spend or not, to me it's about the value and it's not there at $50. That said, I'm not one of the ones complaining about the estate being $50, I'm just not seeing the value for me. Nexon can run their business how they want, clearly there is at least one person willing to pay $50 before five of us are willing to pay $10...so maybe they see that and that's how they price it. I'm not going to pretend like I have some semblance of what's going on with their numbers and gamer retention.

This is what happens when people keep asking for another starter pack. All that time I was thinking shut up or ask for an extra house to be bought with gold, but this was a cry to get Nexon come and take our money.
For me it doesn't make a difference ether it costs 1€or 1000€. I just don't want to have to pay to be able to play the game. Unless you only pay once and have a complete game it like a PlayStation game.

This is one of the reasons why l quit the forum 2 weeks ago - l suspected something exorbitant like this. As a final note to the forum I'll just say: you don't actually need the estate to keep playing. Just think about that and all this anger goes away.

Sure, it'll make things a little easier but Nexon won't stop there - you can expect things to use more workers as time goes on - and you'll be back to square one - and Nexon will already have enjoyed your money ..... and then they'll introduce the next big building ......

So, in the end, Nexon will keep bending you over if you keep taking it ''in the end'' - this is your chance to show them you're not going to take it any more! ;)

See you 'around' Magnifico .....

True. I don't like the introduction of the first premium building, but I'll happily keep playing. For those of us who don't buy it, the game is the same as before. Actually it's better than before, because a bunch of other stuff just got added with the update.

I love how for a long time I have mentioned how greedy and greasy nexon is only to be met with people who remark "they got to eat too" or even seen this "you must be a bernie supporter"

We're going to have to accept the reality this game is going to **** and as the OP said its been a slow boil. They just dont care. They dont listen to real concerns while just jacking the prices up. SO many problems need attention but at least they fixed the command post message!

It's time for a new game...yep that means starting over. But this time wiser.

I simply don't understand why there are not crowns in the estate pack!
This is such a stupid move, especially for Nexon!
If there were crowns in the pack, many people, me included, would have bought this pack. This way it feels like a robbery

This is funny, yesterday on Google Play (UK) Top Ranking Grossing, Dominations was ranked #130th. Today it's ranked 135th. How's the Estate working out for you Nexon?

So we're just supposed to bend over and take it without any lube, right?
